Alabama and America were great but
The music was fantastic. Every minute was cherished. The venue's entrance and exit experience left much to be desired. They seemed unprepared to handle the volume of vehicle traffic. Our venue instructions directed us to the north entrance, but upon arrival, we were instructed to use the south entrance. When we reached the handicapped parking, we discovered it was not as organized as indicated on the ticket; instead, it was first-come, first-served. As a person with mobility challenges requiring a cane, the distance to the venue was quite far. Following the event, we were informed that if we didn't walk, we would have to wait until pedestrian traffic cleared before golf carts were provided. While difficult, I chose to walk. It was a painful experience, and unless significant operational changes are implemented, I am unlikely to return to this venue.
